weird location I kinda found
I got a mod to make the covered up areas red and seethrough to make it easier to map, (yes, its allowed) and well, I found this:
Anyone know what it is/how to get there/anything else? |

Actually it's not Tarnished Coast it's in an area near Gadd's Encampment called Sparkly Swamp.
Tarnished Coast is further West
